Welfare, if they’re too lazy to steal.
Or Drug sales , burglary, and other 'property crimes'.
With all the time on their hands , there will be more opportunity to procreate.
Already there are states that are reducing prison population, by Federal mandate, due to overcrowding.
The future , to say the least , is bleak !
