Hardly a shootout.

He was shortly thereafter MURDERED by armed invaders with stinking badges.

Did you miss the part where he continued to fire shots at the Officers? The Police were there because he had already assaulted someone with the gun (agg assault).

And self-defense is not Murder.

SWAT did not just rush in once they got there. They tried to talk the old bastard out. And they tried to gas the old guy out.

You can not just leave some nut job with a gun because he is 107. What if he walks over to the neighbors house. Or has a rifle and starts picking off the kids on the sidewalk? Than all of you will be pissed that the Cops didn't do their jobs.

Just more Police bashing on FR. Place is more like DU everyday.
