Regarding institutional derangements, he is the infection against which he pretends to be an immunization.

A very curious pattern has emerged, and I dont' think it's by coincidence. The Zero regime is all about discrediting (Mubarak), or attacking (Qaddafi, Assad) Arab dictators when the clear beneficiaries will be Sunni radicals, be it the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt, or Salafist militias, as in Libya and Syria.

After years of circumventing and blaming congress at every opportunity, NOW all of a sudden he wants them to participate in a decision that could easily backfire on them. Obama only wants them for political cover. If congress agrees, they will own this war and all of the unintended consequences.
No surprise since he can't even come up with a real birth certificate.

Putin rattled his sword(s) in a major way over Syria, but that was nothing more than dealing himself some cards.
Putin will endorse a strike on Syria once O gives him what he wants and there is littel chance we will learn what that was.
O will return home to a press that loudly hails him a the most decisive and determined world leader since Clinton or even FDR.

This Kenyan said “My credibility” is not on the line. It’s the International community and congress. In other words, “It’s everyone’s fault BUT mine.”
Careful folks. 99% of the time obama wants the opposite of what we think he wants to happen. I think it is a setup to make repubs look bad for the 2014 mid term elections.
