U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry told House Democrats on Monday that the United States faced a “Munich moment” in deciding whether to respond to the alleged use of chemical weapons by the Syrian government. The comments were made in a 70-minute conference call in which the Secretary of State was trying to convince the lawmakers to support President Barack Obama’s proposal for military action in Syria.
Kerry was referring to the 1938 Munich agreement...

I think he means that if bammer doesn’t send a cruise missile at Syria, Assad will be emboldened to launch a Blitzkrieg across the entire middle east.
