When Vice President Joe Biden, was also senator, he stated that the president doesn’t have the constitutional authority to take the country to war unless there is an attack or proof that the U.S. is about to be attacked. “If he does,” Biden said in 2007, “I would move to impeach him.”
What Obama and Biden said as political pablum in the past has no integrity or requirement for what they pitch today as political pablum. Neither one has the character to have any consistent meaning or application towards/for the best interests of the citizens of the USA. They will/can of course look to the non-citizens in this Country,especially Latinos and Muslims, to give them the power to carry on with whatever or where ever they want to take the Nation.
yes, but that rule was also broken by the assclown in Libya. And he was never punished.
