He is right- there SHOULD BE no need for such a law

Our laws are the only thing that should be used in our courts. You would think that any other law cited would be grounds for immediate overturn on appeal

Well, a judge ruled Oklahoma’s attempt to ban Sharia Law as being unconstitutional. I pray it doesn’t turn out to be the case in North Carolina as well.

What bugs me is with the presidents set with the California Gay Marrige Issues, should States go the ballot initiative to stop Sharia and then make it a State Consitutional Admendment and it gets lip service like Moon Beam Brown did, does it slip under the radar?

Worth watching to see what happens next.

Oklahoma passed a similar law, but a FEDERAL Judge struck it down a few weeks ago.
