Normal Form 4s have been taking 6-9 months anyway. I’ll wait a couple more. If I don’t get it by a year, I’ll write that $200 tax stamp off as a credit and go buy a gun with the money I spent, and is on hold for, on the silencer.
They shouldn’t take anywhere near that long. The delay isn’t administrative, it’s political.
