Look at Sweden. It was the idea behind our country’s founding.
All direct votes from the people, but only the property owners. Otherwise the entitled will rule the roost. Look at this country now.

Sweden has a tiny population, very homogeneous (or it did before mozlems invaded) and a welfare state deluxe.
Direct democracy in our country? With the massive voter fraud we have? Might as well kill ourselves with our own fists.
