It's that damn simple, Boehner can stop it and there's not a damn thing Obama can do about it.

There is no reason to have the gop at all, but I get your point. The ascendance of boehnercare will merely reinforce what a lot of us already recognize as truth: the gop is just a slightly more conservative wing of gop/’rat uniparty. Their rhetoric is different but their leadership and underlying goals are exactly the same.
