... Now heres a curious development.
A very curious development that shows exactly how the Obama Chicago hardballers and their state run media allies play the game.
On Saturday, up pops a story from the Associated Press that is promptly run by Politico.
The headline?
N.Y. sues Trump University
The storys key graphs read and I have put the relevant parts in bold print:
ALBANY, N.Y. New Yorks attorney general sued Donald Trump for $40 million Saturday, saying the real estate mogul helped run a phony Trump University that promised to make students rich but instead steered them into expensive and mostly useless seminars, and even failed to deliver promised apprenticeships.
...Whats missing from this gem of a story that typifies the Obama-loving media?
This buried in an earlier-in-the-week news story from the Wall Street Journal about President Obamas about-to-take-place tour of New York State colleges. Say again that word would be colleges.
Wrote the WSJ, again, bold print provided:
Later Thursday, before he is scheduled to speak in Syracuse, Mr. Obama will meet privately with New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman, according to an aide in the attorney generals office.
... Did they really think no one would notice that the Democrat who is Attorney General of New York meets privately on a Thursday with the President of the United States whose administration has been caught red-handed manipulating the IRS for political purposesand three days later the AG sues Obamas famous arch critic Donald Trump? In the very week the Times says Obamas mission is to shame colleges over their costs?
And the suit is over Trump University?

Police powers are just another political weapon for Obama.
Sad....I hear people with degrees in Queer Studies can’t get jobs either after taking out loans from ObamaStash.
Trump must really be confident he’s in the right on this one, he went nuclear on the Attorney General that brought these charges this morning on Fox, essentially accusing the AG of corruption and trying to extort money from him and his companies.
Birther talk payback... but Trump isn’t exactly one who normally slinks away at such tactics.
Nice store you have here -- would be a shame if something were to happen to it.
You can be targeted all day as long as you did nothing wrong. Hopefully Trump is clean and runs a legitimate school. If not then he needs to clean it up.
If Trump U is guilty, all universities are guilty. Encouraging kids to take on debt to get diplomas in uselessness only to end up in a part time service job. Colleges claim that kids need college degrees to get good jobs. Plenty of studies, advertisement, brochures, etc etc are available as exhibit A thru Z in a civil trial. Well American Univ, after getting the kids paying for your 4 year product, where are the good jobs man??!!!!
I’m taking Trump’s side on this one. Here in Kentucky the economy is so depressed that employers aren’t interested in hiring people with college degrees. I found that out the hard way, when the recession drove the high-tech jobs away, and I got laid off. On the other hand, if I wanted to become a tobacco farmer or a stable hand, I probably would have found work quickly. So why does Obama bother promoting college, when the degrees are for jobs that no longer exist?
Democrat New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman takes a lesson from Jesse Jackson and tries to extort money from Donald Trump.
I don’t think it’s sad at all. I find it hysterical. I remember the rat-bastids taking their underwater basket weaving classes partying all night while I had to break apart differential equations and physics problems. They laughed at me, but I knew better.
I have no sympathy for them as they try to pay off six-figure college loans working at McDonald’s.
This dictatorial behavior MUST BE STOPPED!!!!
The written and oral exams weren’t what they were cracked up to be.
Great precedent. If the states attorneys-general go out and sue every phony university that steers students into expensive and mostly useless seminars, we can balance the budget and solve the "education crisis" in one swoop!
George Zimmerman did nothing wrong.
George Zimmerman was targeted.
I don't think too many people would want to switch places with George Zimmerman.
Trump is certainly better positioned to weather this storm than just about anyone else, but the notion that (not directly quoting you) "if you did nothing wrong, then you have nothing to fear" is just false.
George Zimmerman did nothing wrong.
You proved my point beautifully. If you have nothing to hide and did nothing wrong then you are going to make it out unscathed. Zimmerman went through a trial and was found not guilty. He had nothing to hide and did nothing wrong. Thank you so much for your post and adding to my point.
Is Trump University accredited? If not then he needs to move in the direction of getting accredited. He should have done this before offering the very first class. Anybody going to a non accredited school is not very intelligent to begin with.
