no, but there was a 12 year span of UN bickering, Bush the for final OK. And the WMD was only a part, as Hussain thumbed his nose at the West, the US in particular; constanly violated the no-fly zone; gave aid and comfort to all radical Islamist groups and financed much of the WOT. Remember all those child suicide bombers, It was Hussain that paid the mothers $50,000 each or whatever it was, which then encouraged other mothers to sacrifice their kids. He was a spoiler.
