That chart says it all. As the father of 3, I am proud to have had a positive influence on my children, who are all fine, upstanding, productive citizens, with spouses and children of their own.

The left tells us that non-traditional families can be just as successful as those with two parents. Well, it’s possible, but it is an uphill battle. Kudos to single parents, male or female, who can do the work of two. But, the bottom line is depicted in that chart. The Black poverty rate, with its concomitantly high crime rate, will have a very high coefficient of correlation with the Black illegitimacy rate.

Excellent chart. I have not seen that. Note that Black unwed motherhood began to escalate in the 1950s, but the chart clearly shows a pop starting in the mid to late sixties — the start of the “great society”. The Liberal’s wet dream. What was LBJ's comment at the time??
