The rate of these black on white beatings seems to be increasing.(Yes, I know that was a subjective remark.)
And we're going into State Fair season, too.

He's archived 500 Black on white assaults and murders, I believe just in the last two years.
Almost none of them were reported by national news outlets.
Many were not reported by local news, or, if they did report them, no mention was made of race.
Flaherty gets many of his stories from cops and concerned citizens who send him the Police reports directly.
I know what you're saying but I don't think so. I believe this has been going on for a long time but local news outlets being available online makes these once local news stories available to everyone.......
