There is a young couple living behind me. They haven’t made a house payment in 9 months and are waiting out the bank to see how long it will take for them to make them move out.

So according to this seafront property *should* be selling at a discount to other, non-seafront property. I mean it still has a present value but according to this its future value should go to zero.

Yet - somehow - I doubt that that’s the case. I wonder why?

The UN , who wants to impose and international tax system on Carbon ( Think Al Gore) since they believe that human action has increased global warming.

I'm afraid you have that one exactly backwards. They want to gin up hysteria because they want the taxes, not the other way around. But otherwise perfect observations....

news flash: WE ARE ALL GONNA DIE, eventually, Also, the climate IS going to change. The climate has changed since the beginning of time. Use resources to prepare for climate change, not wasting them on fighting it.
