0bama has shown on interest in apprehending the attackers, either. He obviously doesn't want them taken into custody because he's afraid they'll blow the cover off his cover-up, BIG TIME. They know something 0bama doesn't want US to find out!

AFAIK, no Americans, in the State Department or anywhere else, are responsible for the attack.
Somebody is responsible for the failure to provide proper defenses, and, far more importantly, somebody is responsible for the decision to deny eager American forces the chance to come to their defense.
