An Australian family was Monday struggling to come to terms with the "senseless" death of their baseballer son in a random drive-by shooting by three teenagers in the United States.
Chris Lane, 22, was in the US on a baseball scholarship and was jogging in the small town of Duncan in Oklahoma when he was shot in the back on Friday and left to die on the side of the road.

I personally am not averse to the death penalty, even for minors, in the case of senseless thrill killings. Fry ‘em all. Regardless of race, BTW.

If you have ever been to Duncan you would be even more shocked. That town is one of the most conservative I have ever been in. No liquor, nothing open after midnight, sleepy little town.
The article is of course wrong since the SCOTUS ruled that the death penalty for offenders under 18 was unconstitutional in 2004.
No description of the perps. We all know what that means.

I am for public executions and swift justice. These dirtbags should be put on trial and brought to justice all within two months.

Animals come in all shapes sizes and colors. Take them out the back door of the courthouse. Kneel them down in the grass and shoot them in the head. Problem solved.
Danny Ford speaks with forked tongue. The 12 Chiefs sitting on the Supreme Court has ruled that none under 18 will get heap big death penalty.
It seems to me that the Supremes essentially legislated an amendment from the bench when they found death penalty "unconstitutional" for offenders under 18. This is evidenced by the fact that the states amended the Constitution to establish a national voting age.
As usual we have to rely on the Commonwealth press for the politically incorrect details.
