This one-hour special with Mark Levin was so good, I suspect FNC may re-run it during the weekend as well. Check your listings...

Too much to comment on. But here is a summary of the 3rd proposed amendment:

3- (a) Term limit for Supreme Court - 12 total years of service
(b) Supreme Court decisions overridden by a 3/5th vote of Congress,
(c) Supreme Courts decisions overridden by 35th vote of the States - this is not subject to litigation, or Presidential or Congressional approval.

The Liberals (Dem and Rep) will writhe in agony with this proposal.
