Amnesty advocates on Wednesday launched a new mobile app designed to help illegal aliens to take advantage of President Obama’s virtual amnesty for so-called 'Dreamer' illegals.
Known as “Pocket DACA” (Google Play) — a reference to Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, the Obama policy he illegally launched without Congressional authorization one year ago today.
As we pointed out a year ago, the DACA program is a rubber stamp machine - almost completely devoid of any safeguards against fraud. The process involves so little actual verification of whether an alien even meets the criteria for "deferred action" and work permits that it practically invites fraud.
And as a result - not surprisingly - in one year DACA has legalized nearly every single illegal who has applied - and its 99.5% APPROVAL RATE demonstrates this.
So you could imagine that the program would be a goldmine for all the unethical immigration attorneys out there. Imagine a lawyer who could be guaranteed a less than one-percent risk of failure when taking on a client. It is a Obama-generated ATM machine for amnesty lawyers.
So we shouldn't be surprised that this new app was published by the American Immigration Lawyers Association. And you can expect a big pickup in applications - and approvals for DACA's instant amnesty.
There's only one problem with all this Disneyland for amnesty pimps: it's not legal. On August 1, in a lawsuit by ICE agents against the DHS seeking to block the DACA program, Federal judge Reed O’Connor ruled that DACA violates the “provisions of the Immigration and Nationality Act.” O'Connor said that the “Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has implemented a program contrary to congressional mandate.”

We should build an app that directs illegals to the nearest ICE agent. Assuming the agents are actually allowed to enforce the law, that is.

Now they overwhelm the border agents with credible fear” of drug cartels in Mexico. Haven’t heard Obama making any speeches about..the hundreds who are making false claims of fear” of drug cartels
They barely enforce the laws now.Washington has spent all their time on illegal immigration.Obama and company are not interested in us being a nation of laws.They been catering to illegals full time.Illegals commanding and demanding are getting a lot their demands met..
