WASHINGTON — Just seven weeks before the new state insurance marketplaces are set to open under the Affordable Care Act, it’s unclear whether the long-anticipated October rollout will be a smooth operation or the "train wreck" that some have predicted.
Systems testing for the marketplaces is months behind schedule, according to recent government reports. So are funding and training for navigators, the outreach and enrollment workers who’ll help people choose marketplace health plans.
In a final bit of down-to-the-wire drama, the data hub, which routes information from the marketplaces to various federal databases, might not get its final stamp of approval until Sept. 30, the day before people begin using the marketplaces to enroll for health coverage next year under Obamacare.
That timeline leaves the Obama administration and its information technology contractors virtually no margin for error as they fine-tune the system.
Any unforeseen setbacks or complications at that late date might postpone the October grand opening, which would be the most embarrassing public relations stumble yet for President Barack Obama’s signature health law.

If at this time, anyone still can’t see that Obamacare is a train wreck, then he is a hopeless case ( Heck, even Max Baucus, one of Obamacare’s authors all but conceded that it is ).
Wait until people learn about what’s in the small print!

Case in point...a major American medical journal (the New England Journal of Medicine,IIRC) polled its readers and found that something like 60% of the physicians who responded said that they'd consider retiring early rather than deal with Osama Obama Care.
The left has told their side to expect a few bumps in the road while they teak a few of the details. (Illegally rewrite the law to avoid a knockout punch in midterm elections.) This is going to be interesting.
It could be a WMD and it would not matter. As long as its free stuff!

Son faces fine/jail can’t afford health ins on part time no benefit job, DIL, faces breast cancer, biopsy Mon. She is a NA so works full time, no health benifts by cheessy nursing home. Even nurses have it, cheesy coversge high price tag.

It might still be so-called "unclear" to the presstitutes of the failed main stream "news" media; those of us in touch with reality, however, figured out the obvious a long time ago.
I’m not convinced the Rats ever wanted it to be “smooth.” I think they want a train-wreck, and they want as many casualties as possible so they can move to the end goal: A National Health Care system.
