As one who spent 20 years in hospital administration (at a world famous hospital),as one who still has friends in hospital aministration and as one who's closely studied Canada's *and* Britain's health systems I can guarantee that it will *start out* as a train wreck and then,over time,it will get much,much worse.

Case in point...a major American medical journal (the New England Journal of Medicine,IIRC) polled its readers and found that something like 60% of the physicians who responded said that they'd consider retiring early rather than deal with Osama Obama Care.
