Implementation hits hurdle after hurdle — let us count the ways.

By Andrew Stiles

The White House plans to delay yet another provision of Obamacare, the New York Times revealed on Monday, in what was described as “another setback for President Obama’s health-care initiative.” Indeed, it seems that every week the administration offers up a new example of the implementation “train wreck” of which Obamacare architect Max Baucus (D., Mont.), among others, has warned.

Here are nine examples of how Obamacare implementation hasn’t gone according to plan:

Wrong, wrong, wrong. It was supposed to fail. Next stop - complete government control in a single payer, socialized system.

Obama is simply laughing. His administration only obeys laws he finds politically convenient. Otherwise he issues “executive orders”. Easy to do when you control the courts and the MSM function as lapdogs.

I wonder what the “straw” will be that breaks America’s back? At some point the economy will collapse, and all the middle class people who have lost everything due to Obama/Democrat’s policies will say “f@ck it” and go postal.

I think a lot of people will snap under the pressure/stress and things will get ugly.

10.

The HUB.

When it's turned on, the hub will connect the databases of seven federal agencies — the Internal Revenue Service, the Department of Homeland Security, the Social Security Administration, the Department of Defense, the Office of Personnel and Management, the Veterans Health Administration and the Peace Corps— to verify information provided by anyone buying insurance through an ObamaCare exchange. If the hub isn't sufficiently secure when the exchanges open up, it will create a huge opening for identity thieves and other such criminals.

The American standard of living is steadily declining. There are those on the Left who always thought Americans consume and hence pollute too much. They are actually applauding the Obama administration’s policy of restrictive rules and regulations that are hampering real economic expansion and the creation of wealth. The MSM is compliant, so most Americans have only a vague realization what is happening and don’t understand why.

You can bet Hillary will run on, "Fix it not kill it" via single payer 1993 style Hillarycare.

FR POSTED 8/13---OKLAHOMA WINS FIRST OCARE BATTLE: AG Pruitt--- Obamacare was meant to be so open-ended that it could mean anything. We are seeing thousands of pages of new rules being written, both by HHS and the IRS.

The open-ended interpretation of Obamacare enables this.....if the law doesn't contain a particular provision, no problem. They just make it up as they go along.

Such is the case that involves the winning Oklahoma lawsuit....... “The court rejected the federal government’s argument that Oklahoma lacked standing to challenge the law, allowing us to proceed with this pivotal case,” “We’re optimistic the court will recognize what states have known for months that the IRS disregarded the law by making the large employer mandate effective in Oklahoma or in any of the 33 other states without a state health care exchange.”

REFERENCE Oklahoma challenged implementation of the Affordable Care Act after the IRS finalized a rule that would allow the federal government to punish “large employers,” including local government, with millions of dollars in tax penalties in states without state health care exchanges, which is not allowed under the health care law.

“Congress provided a choice for Oklahoma and other states in implementation of the health care law, and the IRS is attempting to take that away by rule,” General Pruitt said.

“The administration miscalculated how many states would support this law, so now they’re using the IRS to push through provisions that Congress did not pass."
