Words have meaning. If Congress refuses to legalize these criminals, Obama can certainly select another area in which he will fail to "faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States", but refusing to follow the law is far different from repealing existing laws or making new laws, which only Congress can do.
The real problem is executive orders.
If Rubio spent 10% of the time working on a way to stop obumbler from issuing executive orders that he has spent on the immigration reform bill, we could put the brakes on obumbleer’s use of exec orders.
Rubio’s asshole must be pretty loosely stretched by now.

Let him. Don’t drink the hemlock Marco. Let him do it so we won’t be blamed. That may give us impeachment ammo as well. If it IS GOING TO HAPPEN let HIM do it as the only way we have a chance of overturning it. We can NEVER overturn it if WE vote to do it ourselves.

If the Repubs who promote this feel that O will do it by executive order if they don’t and that this is acting unlawfully, the resolution is to enact impeachment proceedings not placate the fellow. Apparently, they don’t realize their own position...or the constitution.
