The State Department could not say Tuesday whether the Obama administration considers the prisoners it has pressured Israel to release are guilty of any wrongdoing. Israel is set to release 26 Palestinians Tuesday who have been serving jail sentences for murder and terrorism.
Asked whether the administration considers the prisoners to be terrorists, State Department spokeswoman Marie Harf said, I do not have a position on that.
Asked whether the administration objects to the Palestinian Authority officially designating the murderers and terrorists as freedom fighters and political prisoners, the State Department spokeswoman answered repeatedly, I dont have a position on that.
The Israeli government released a list of the terrorists set to be released, including details of their crimes. One terrorist who will be released at the behest of the Obama administration murdered an elderly Holocaust survivor with an axe as part of an initiation rite for joining a terrorist group.

To the “Progressive’s” (Libera/lDemocRAT) Feeble mind they are Freedom Fighters.
And of course the simpering answer is, “One man’s terrorist is another man’s freedom fighter”.
Freedom fighters don’t detonate their kids.

OK, I'm on board with the administration's desire to free Jew killers. But unless the administration is willing to admit their contempt for Jewish like, I believe an effort should be made to release the palestinian political prisoner Sirhan Sirhan. He only killed one person (Kennedy life isn't worth more than Jew life is it?), he did it in the name of his cause, and he's been in prison longer than the killers being released.
He's a palestinian patriot by the standards of the prisoner release, who has suffered more than those being released.
In his later years Sirhan deserves freedom, the right to see a school named after him in Rafah, and a hospital in Gaza.
Kerry and Obama must support this, to avoid their duplicity regarding Jewish life be exposed.
Personally, I'd let the whole bunch of palestinian killers rot, but if we're going to free them it should be first in, first out.
Free Sirhan Sirhan.
