RE “
What I find interesting is you have Levin fans on FR constantly talking down to the rest of us like we're idiots and don't “understand” the Constitution and the “founders intent” if we disagree with anything he says (a milder version of the usual Paulbot kool-aid... only Paul “gets it” so you MUST agree with him), but you get plenty of self-proclaimed constitutional scholars here who are constantly proposing blatantly unconstitutional things themselves: “ As I said, ~ 7 years ago I myself thought that above Levin gimmick was clever but its so overused here to simply take the place of arguments or electoral support(=reality), and the thing about Levin is this ‘freedom’ theme he got on has only been since second half of 2008.
Prior to that Levin would tell listeners that they are safe from the government as long as they are not a terrorist, Everything was to be less important than WOT.
If Levin REALLY believed that all these laws are invalid because he says that they are unconstitutional, as his anonymous fans here claim, he would be in jail regularly not behind a mike.

One of my favorite (easily prove-able) Mark Levin stories is how in 2004 he published Men in Black about the SCOTUS decisions over history and in a chapter he explains his position that the GOP Senate under GWB should simply declare that filibustering the majority parties POTUS judical nominees is unconstitutional because the constitution only requires a simple majority vote to confirm them, and use that to change that rule wo the 60.(after all a Dem could NEVER win back the WH right??)
He used to say this on his show all the time in GWB second term. Better yet its in his book, he put it there,
But no more, starting in 2009 with Obama and Dem congress he demanded that the GOP minority in Senate filibuster Obama’s nominees,
something he claimed a few years earlier in his book was unconstitutional and demanded it disallowed.
So much for Levin's constitution being the holy scribes. Why would he worry that his ideas would be used for the Dems purposes a few years in future when he can just change his own constitution on his show?

Yeah she was gone, came back briefly and was gone again.
I get the impression she put her online life behind her.
From her twitter which she also doesn’t use anymore “Quality of life on the ranch (or beach) trumps online dwelling!”
