I don't think that Obama knows the reasoning behind Russia's gay opposition. It’s all about keeping the population up. Homosexuals don't procreate.

Because we’d be maybe one of three countries participating in the lamest, most pathetic boycott ever. It would make us even more of a global laughing stock, if that were possible.

Reagan boycotted the Russian Olympics because of communism and the dangerous possibility of our team being held as hostages behind the Iron Curtain because we had no way of protecting them once on Russian soil. For months we listened to all the disappointment of each athlete that had worked so hard for their one and only chance at gold only to have politics and a cold war destroy their chance.....
LOL....would have loved to hear all the nightly bitching about how homosexuality had ruined our athletes dreams and all they had worked so hard for.
The scare of war, communism and the real possibility that our athletes could be held hostage had the whole country understanding if not happy for the situation but boycotting these Olympics over a homosexual agenda that only a tiny minority agree with....priceless.
