Segregation wasn’t a bad idea after all. Interesting. It’s this or the liberals (like Matt Damon) are just tryng to explain away why they don’t want THEIR kids in the same school as ghetto thugs. More likely the latter.

These educated “educators” do not have a clue why blacks are failing.

There is a school in St. Pete, Fl, a middle school, private, non profit, where girls and boys are segregated in classes. Students attend school 11 hours a day, 6 days a week, 11 months of the year.

Now THAT is racist-segregation, imposed or voluntary is bad for a civil society-look at how the muslims who wrap up in ethnic clothing and shun all others behave...

Just maybe if African American Males were instead called, American Negro's...some just might become better citizens because they are included not excluded with a hyphen. If you want to be called African, why not go live there, in some places it is a pretty nice country.

Overall, integration has not been a positive for white kids. Sorry, but it’s true.

Reminds me of a Doonesbury cartoon from years back - Black students making all kinds of demands on campus and the Dean is reading the list and gets to the last one, “And they demand to have their own drinking fountains.”

Back to square one. The irony being that black kids back in the 50s took more interest in school, because more had intact families.

Wonderful idea.
Then our teachers would be able to teach, our girls wouldn’t get raped, our boys wouldn’t get beaten up, and they would learn more.

All of these schemes ....all male or female classes or schools, all black environments, troublemaker schools, wearing uniforms, longer days, sending kids away from their communities...all of them...work for the first few years. Then, they start making exceptions and the problems seep back in.
I don't know the answer. But it sure isn't to keep trying new things and then moving on to something else.
