Will the Democrats try to take Senator Graham’s seat? Either way, it’s a win for them. Senator Graham will cooperate with the left as they destroy America. However, he won’t be as amenable to leftist policies as a real Democrat. They’ll take a real leftist if they can. If not, they’re probably not terribly disappointed by a Graham win.

Me, personally? I want Senator Graham thrown out of office. I’m one of those who believe getting rid of Mike Castle was worth losing the seat. Castle was a Democrat in all but party affiliation. I would have happily voted for Christine O’Donnell, because she couldn’t possibly be as bad as Castle. At least we now know who really holds the seat. We don’t have stealth Democrat Castle anymore.

The same thing can be said for Lindsay Graham. He’s a constant thorn in our sides, and I don’t really care if we lose the seat (OH NO!!!). It really isn’t ours anyway.

If we don’t start making more of these RINOs retire, we’ll never reign them in. Maybe Senator Graham would have been a bit more cautious about sticking it to conservatives if he really thought he might lose office over it. Unfortunately, McCain proves that a senator can effectively tell his constituents to shove it and still get reelected. That doesn’t bode well for Senator Graham’s upcoming reelection attempt. Graham has learned well from the Republican Party’s Benedict Arnold, aka McCain.

There is a 0% chance Democrats get this seat whatever happens. Remember how Mark Sanford cleaned Colbert’s clock?

Linda is on the ropes, and since there is a runoff opportunity, we can Ted Cruz this RINO, just like Dewhurst.

I hope and pray Senator Graham gets the Ted Cruz treatment. It couldn’t happen to a nicer guy. Just think of how forlorn the ol’ Maverick, aka horse’s ass, McCain will be if he loses his little buddy. THAT, by itself, would make it worth it, even if we DID end up losing the seat to a Democrat.

Little different dynamic there. Dewhurst wasn't an incumbent Senator, defending his position. That's a much harder hill to take.

I saw the interview. She’s very likable, but it may as well have been Graham sitting there as far as any specifics were concerned.

Yes, but Dewhurst was formidable, with Cruz starting at 2% in the polls. I have no doubt Mace will start higher than that, and while Grahamnesty will have Rove backing him, there is a nationwide network of grassroots organizations that want him specifically gone. He’s a pariah.

Yes, but Dewhurst was formidable

Only in his and his supporters' minds. He never really had a chance. The grass roots chose Ted Cruz early on, and his climb up the polls was like gravity in reverse.

Grahamnesty will have Rove backing him

Good. That right there, is the kiss of death for his campaign.

Not disappointed? Graham ran for Senator as a conservative but has acted as much a conservative while in office as has any Democrat Senator. The S.C. Uni-party elite love him. But you know what I mean.

She is everything you could ask for in a conservative candidate. A polar opposite of Graham’s “conservatism”.

That ain’t quite the way I remember it...

Cruz was another horse in the middle of the pack until Sarah blessed him and he publicized it widely. We received a mail-out a day or so before there was an impromptu campaign stop in Temple about ten miles from us. My wife and I and about eight others showed up for the event.

Ted outlined his plan to come out on top of the rest of the pack and hope that Dewhurst did not make it over the 50% mark. The plan worked and he walked away with the nomination in the run off.

We left the Temple meeting with several campaign signs that were posted on our fence lines along two major Bell County roads. The signs now have a place of honor in my shop...

We used the Romney/Ryan signs for target practice on our gun range...

Oh, Sarah's endorsement definitely lit a fire under Ted's campaign. No doubt about it. Still, Texas Freepers and Tea Party folks were already zeroed in on Ted as their man, before Sarah showed up.

I distinctly remember being jazzed that even Sarah was getting on board the Cruz Missile. Lots of us were already there.

I can only speculate as to what the outcome might have been without her endorsement. Remember that Cruz and Dewhurst wound up in a run-off race for that election. It was close the first go-round. No telling whether Ted would have caught Dewhurst without Sarah stepping in.

Either way, he already had my vote.

Ok thank you. Now for the truly important question, is she single and available?
