A University of North Carolina graduate from Iran, accused of running down nine people on campus to avenge the treatment of Muslims, said at a hearing Monday that he was “thankful for the opportunity to spread the will of Allah.”
Outcome of this UNC "non-Terrorist" incident...
On August 26, 2008, Taheri-azar was sentenced on two counts of attempted murder to 26 years and 2 months to 33 years in prison by Orange County Superior Court.

There was a similar incident in SF a couple of years ago. I had to look it up. 14 people hit in about a half hour. The guy was Muslim, but declared insane and send to psychiatric prison.

FWIW, for many years I have thought that Muslims have been breeding themselves crazier and crazier over every generation, as the “moderate” ones either escape or are killed for “blasphemy” or other descriptions of not being crazy enough.

There was a similar incident in SF a couple of years ago.
There was one in SF in November 1982 as well. I was there, part of a permitted pre-game parade of college students. The middle-eastern looking guy (I was close enough to see his face) drove through the marching band. It may sound comic, but I still remember of the sound of instruments crunching. No one was seriously hurt, and there were no real consequences for the driver.
