I have considered making some funky camera lense cover for tables and such. Maybe have a tiny eye staring back or something wacky.

and the new XBox One too, it will be able to see and read your facial expression and whether something is in your hands and how many people are the room.... or something. Using minute variations in the wireless signals, it can detect your existence and movement even if you are not in the same room with the unit.

Many, many years ago I had a friend, an old man, who wasn’t very good at paying his taxes, shall we say. He got quite paranoid, and finally became convinced that the government was watching him out of his television set. Ultimately, he put a bullet in his own brain.
What was once paranoia is now possible, or even likely.
