If the feds won't even listen to a liberal like Jerry Brown, do you get the feeling that someone has a plan to totally destabilize the United States?

How many innocent people will die because of this decision?

How much will honest citizens lose when the criminals are released only to return to their life of crime?

How much will it cost to investigate, try, convict and send back to prison those that have been released only to return to their life of crime?

Does the constitution really give the courts this much power?

Personally I think there are some in the State system that supports all this. They are the ones that fought and lost on three counts and you are out. So away around that was to not plan or build the necessary prisons then find judges to order the release of prisoners.

I have lost faith in our entire system of government.

Has any government agency ever solved a single problem? Or, as more likely, every solution they come up with just makes the problem worse.

Arizona will probably start conducting “fruit inspections” on the border with California, and if any convicts show up they will be told to keep driving, and watched until they leave the state.
