The former information technology director for State Attorney Angela Corey is suing for wrongful termination.

Ben Kruidbos sued Corey’s office Thursday saying he was illegally fired in June after he testified that prosecutors did not turn over all information to George Zimmerman’s defense team in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin.

He is asking for $5 million or more in damages and his job back.

Good!

She needs to feel a lot of heat, and she needs a taste of unemployment.

Good. While we’re at it let’s hold the feet of Gov. Scott, the guy who appointed this witch huntress to this case.

and notice the way they treated Rick Scott after he did their bidding, lol. Did he really think Jesse Jackson and the others would show him respect for kowtowing?

Of course they won’t. They know what they are doing, they are playing politics. They look at Rick Scott and see a guy who really did throw an innocent man to the wolves and they are not going to respect him any more than we do.

He has a solid case against this witch!

I’m very happy to hear this news.

“She needs to feel a lot of heat, and she needs a taste of unemployment.”

Jail time is more appropriate

I don't know about the $5 million - I don't think there was that much damage done to him and it's taxpayer's money anyway.

A public flogging of Corey would be more appropriate.

From the article comments:

about her affairs with all the married men she has had. Want me to tell you of the families she as destroyed? And that is the least crime she has committed.

Corey:

Who would have an affair with that....?

I hope he wins the 5 million dollars, but if he got his job back working under this ugly wretched woman it would be hell on earth.

I agree on the tax payer burden part. I think the $5 mil should be taken out of the state’s public employees pension fund. That would send the right message to the right people.

I'll agree with that, if you'll agree to the public flogging.

and that is how unions and public officials negotiate how to spend OPM

“We want 5% more!”

“How about 7%?”

Question! If he gets what he is asking or even a smaller amount, who pays him and his lawyers? I’d bet the money would come from the tax payers. I am a firm believer that in these kind of cases penalties are completely/entirely on the offender to/for whatever can be awarded and taken from the offender. The people who pay taxes should not be gouged for one penny. Of course a clever/shyster lawyer will argue it was the ‘system’ that allowed the wrong to be done and it is the ‘system’ that must pay for the wrong act. That is socitial baloney.

I don't know about "an affair" as that would indicate a commitment lasting long enough to at least learn her name.

Lets ask our FR expert, Laz, if "hitting on it" is considered "an affair,"
and if he would "hit it?"

No way do I agree to public flogging. If it’s legal for them it’s legal for us and they’re the ones in charge so....

The attorney, White, made the point that not only is this an illegal termination BUT it is also a criminal offense. Let’s see who takes up that cause.

Meanwhile, White and Corey had their own dust up over his assignments when he was working for her office. Nothing better than pay back.

I wonder why we have not heard anything on O meira’s motion for sanctions for the withholding of evidence? This will be the crux of the matter involving the suit.

She also needs to be disbarred.
