Speculation on Capitol Hill has included the possibility the U.S. agencies operating in Benghazi were secretly helping to move surface-to-air missiles out of Libya, through Turkey, and into the hands of Syrian rebels.

I guess it doesn't look good if Obama is arming his Muslim Terrorist Spring buddies.

It will look worse if the CIA was giving radical Islamists nerve agents to use on their own people, so Assad could be blamed, and a Gulf of Tonkin could be conjured up. Especially if any of those radical Islamists also had Al Qaida links, and we didn’t control the nerve agents at all times.

Whatever the weapons, it would explain why this specific target, at this specific time was chosen, and why Obama hid, and hoped nobody would notice anything happened, rather than give the cross-border authority. Maybe Assad found out and had no choice but to act, maybe Al Qaida found out and wanted the weapons.

It might also explain why they tried to tar Petraeus, blaming him for the stand-down order, and then took him out when he resisted. They needed somebody on board to control it all, and oppress the lower ranking officers.

Whatever this is, it has the ability to do great damage, if the CIA higher-ups are this scared.

I wonder if Petraeus even knows what it is?
