“Divine mobs” were used by the Sandinistas in Nicaragua to attack, beat up, & generally sow mayhem against the regime’s opponents. Low cost, effective, but a DIRECT ARM of the government in power.
Watch for it & follow the money: the Obama administration will use exactly the same tactic against its critics. They’ve studied repressive tactics used by “progressive” regimes all over the world.
