An appeals court ruled Tuesday that the city's Board of Health didn't have the constitutional authority to limit how much soda can go into a restaurant's cup.

If Mrs. Chandler couldn’t change my behavior in nearly 40 years, the Federal Government doesn’t have a chance.

Nudge our politicians to honor and follow the constitution please.
Nudge our representatives to stop gauging their success on the amount of grants they bring back to their district or state. Nudge them instead to measure their worth by how many dollars they cut from the budget and how many dollars they leave in the hands of the private sector.
They could hire some slugs from UC Santa Cruz....

What we need in terms of nudge is less viagra for our power nut politicians and their “whiz kids”.
She can nudge single women to not have babies outside of marriage.
She could nudge women considering abortion, to bring the baby to term and let families adopt them.
She could nudge men to marry women and create families instead of leaving a trail of fatherless children.
She could nudge those scamming the Social Security disability system to stop their thievery and pay the money back.
The new indispensable islamo-fascist, coming to a neighborhood near you. Cute little demons, not funny.
