Without doubt that was thrown in solely with the intention of influencing the vote on ObamaCare.
Her issue was that she did not want the possibly free colonoscopy. The doc offered a stool test. Apparently the government will pay butt loads ( no pun intended) of money for a colonoscopy but will not pay for an inexpensive hemoccult test.
