Technically, Obamacare creates lots of jobs: regulators, administrators, tax collectors, etc...In short, people who cost a lot to employ, but create little or no economic value.
It also creates jobs by taking one full time job and breaking it into multiple part time jobs.

The only jobs this turd is creating, is a lot of part time jobs since employers are cutting full time employees to 29 hours per week. They will hire another part time employee to fill the other 11 hours.
“Obamacare does not hurt small business” is a pure 100% BRAVO SIERRA lying statement. The owners keep their business small so that they are under the 50 employee line.
This means they will not hire new people if they are near 50 employees. This means they will fire employees if they are slightly over 50 employees. This means they will convert full time jobs to part time jobs so they will not be under the Obamacare mandate.
Net effect = less jobs, small business does not grow into large business, and workers are financially penalized do to Obamacare.

Dean Baker obviously hasn’t looked at my employer (a fortune 100 company). They began a hiring freeze in the US after the ACA to last until HR knows what the effect will be. Once the effect is known they may or may not hire more in the US.
The second paragraph says “smaller companies” to cover them from what global companies are doing. So they can be “accurate but misleading”
