Reporters Tell Obama His Ideas are "Great"?
Townhall.com ^ | July 25, 2013 | Heather Ginsberg

We have all heard about liberal media bias, but this is just over the top. When the president begins looking to reporters for advice and approval of his policies, you know there is a problem! And not only is President Obama flaunting his positive reviews from the media a problem, but the fact that these reporters are giving their opinions seriously calls their professionalism into question.

In his speech that lasted over an hour yesterday, President Obama said reporters praise his economic proposals as “great and tell him that they are “all good ideas”. The speech which droned on for what seemed like ages, presented no new ideas and was dismissive of serious concerns with his administration.

His exact words were:

"It’s interesting, in the run-up to this speech, a lot of reporters say that, well, Mr. President, these are all good ideas, but some of you’ve said before; some of them sound great, but you can't get those through Congress. Republicans won’t agree with you.”

Not that we really needed any more proof, but gosh, could the media get any more liberally biased? It just seems weird to me that Obama is talking to these liberal reporters before his speeches and taking what they have to say as fact. The media loves sucking up to the President (not that I would be surprised to hear they actually think his ideas are ‘great’).

It’s time for President Obama to worry about what the American people think about his economic policies. Across the board, Obama’s approval ratings are down. With 7.6 percent of Americans still out of work, I can’t believe that he really thinks Americans are satisfied with the job he has done. The “Great Recession” he refers to is not over.

Now is the time for the media to stop injecting their opinions into policy making. These people are responsible for giving information to the public in order to help us form opinions on our own. President Obama should stop listening to their opinions, and they should stop giving them!

“The media loves sucking up to the President.”

It’s not as though Obama hasn’t been sucking up to them his entire political life.

It’s time for Jesse Watters to stick a mic in the faces of every so-called journalist in DC and ask them if they told theOne that his ideas are great.

I recently reviewed a little bit of Obama's early press conference in which he said "The police acted stupidly" -- this was 2009.

The beginning of the press conference, was almost like a Vegas stand up act. Obama made a few jokes, engaging in mild banter -- the press were rolling in the aisles! Gales of laughter! So thrilled to be in his presence! Greatest president of all time! Funniest guy on the planet!!!

Sickening. The press has an unnatural lust for this fellow.

This guy’s ego is so big he doesn’t have any idea that these people are brown-nosing him.

Either that or he is so used to being brown-nosed that he has started believing their BS.

Do you think growing up and living under affirmative action has caused him to think and say something so ridiculous? He’s been shown up the latter and praised on ever rung.

Look to the speeches becoming longer as he emulates Fidel. His is the only voice we need to hear and he will fill the airwaves with it to make that happen.

Of course they do. They don’t want to be the subject of retaliatory DOJ investigations, IRS audits, or have their computers hacked.

Of course reporters love you.....they created you!

And now they are "yesmen" cabinet members.

Your ideas must be really great if it has taken 5 years to write them.
