They can’t give those records over, they may still need them since she’s talking about running again.

2010 HUH?????
MY guess is the State of Delaware has an Official State Retention Schedule for government documents and something so recent should not have been destroyed. Criminal charges should be pending here.
It would seem that the witches were in State Government, not in Ms. O’Donnell’s resume.

So , with the computer evidence deleted we are now saying that there was no crime committed ?
The missing evidence is an indication that there is a ‘cover up’ going on .
That is complete “BALDERDASH “ and “HORSE HOCKEY “!!

If the records were destroyed, its also hard for the state to support its statement that its record access occurred only in response to a public report, and not before, he said. The records were destroyed, but somehow they know exactly why and when they were accessed.

Aren’t there laws that state how long records need to be kept? Okay, whoever then destroyed these records needs to do time unless they want to rat out the bigger rats.

No way. Especially in today’s America, the gov’t never, ever destroys any record of anything for any reason. Period.

Have they checked with Mrs. Clinton? They could be with the Rose law firm billing records.
If not, perhaps they’re in Sandy Berger’s pants.

So, if I destroy my tax records or receipts from 2010 and tell the IRS, that I merely don’t have them any more but they should trust me, what I tell them is correct, I’m OK, right?
