Potential identity theft problem. That will kill it.
Also probably not practical in older neighborhoods with sidewalks where you can’t just pull up to a clusterbox easily.
Frankly I don’t need nor do I want 90% of the mail I get. All junk. End up wasting an evening per month shredding it all.

Potential identity theft problem.
That's what I'm worried about. Unless the central mailboxes have individual keys, but that could be a pain, too.

I pay most bills online and the mail I get is junk which I toss. I do get a few catalogs which I keep in the car to look at if I am stuck at a red light. I do not get real letters since I keep up with friends/relatives on Facebook.

Potential identity theft problem. That will kill it. Actually the mailboxes are locked, so identity theft is less of an issue than the old-fashioned curbside mailboxes.

I love junk mail. It subsidizes the mail I want.
