Which acknowledges some communes are better than others. According to leftist dogma all cultures and people are equally good and worthy of the sin of pride.
Yeah, they called it block busting where I grew up.
A BLACK realtor called every family in the area and told the white people that the neighborhood was “changing” and that the real estate values were probably going down, so they’d better sell while they can. My dad was stubborn and decided to hold on.
We soon had nice black neighbors and my dad helped them out with how to do yard work. One night while they were asleep, someone broke in and stole their TV and stereo.
Sure nuff, one day I noticed that all of my friends had moved and I was the only white kid in sight. A guy down the street got sent off to prison for something. I was impressed. I never went outside since some of my new ‘playmates’ didn’t like white people too much. Almost completely black neighborhood before the summer was over.
Eventually, we got a great deal on a house in a nice area with a lot of kids. When we moved out of the first house, we couldn’t give the new owner the keys since we didn’t have keys.
We got a locksmith to make new keys. One day, during our move, my dad forgot and left the keys in the door. Five minutes and they were stolen. The locksmith was called in again.
The joys of changing a culture rapidly. Disaster, as you said. That’s why the obama and his crew want to move in as many Mexicans as they can. Recipe for disaster. That’s the plan.
That has a lot to do with WHY they are strong. Similar culture and values. Most everyone is on the same page on how to behave. People hunt for neighborhoods first, then the house.
Just wait until the government starts telling you who you can date and marry or who you can be friends with.
One important lesson in life that LIEberals have not learned is that “If it is not broken, don’t fix it!”
And the corollary to that “If you don’t know what it does, don’t mess with it!”
In my neighborhood, anyone is welcome to move in, so long as they can pay the rent or buy the house. We have a mixed neighborhood that, so far, works well. We don’t need no stinking FED telling us who our neighbors will be!
Somehow, someway, this insanity has got to be stopped! We are doing just fine, FED! Stay the Hell away!
Block Busting. That was the process. I also saw urban renewal in Kansas City. Some of the same effects.
Some people were stubborn like your dad and the result was terrible as you describe. I guess they could do it again.
How about starting with just saying “American Citizen”? That might be one step in reducing racism.

Disappear some of the excess and replace it with the proper number of under representeds to establish the “proper diversity”?

I wouldn't care if Martians lived next door to me as long as they keep their house, yard clean and neat, pick up their Martian dog poop, don't play loud music and if they have any Martian sexual perversions, keep it behind closed doors...

Yes...it's exactly what they do... it's called section 8 housing..
HUD no longer build "projects" to house the poor, they subsidize the poor to move in next to you...!!!
The housing crash forced many landlords to put their rental homes up for section 8 housing...if someone could not sell their house section 8 is a pretty good deal...the government send you a rental check every month, all you have to do is keep your renters...from turning your home into a crack house...
HUD racially profiles by assuming that minorities, especially negroes, are bottom feeders and can never aspire to the middle class without assistance from the state. Either that or this central socialist government wants to torment those whose money is confiscated by the IRS to the point of revolt. When we revolt they can kill us. But then who would fill their troughs with slop if only the uneducated and unwashed minorities were left?
HUD will classify your neighborhood as racist and then issue a ruling to assess each home a penalty or force cities to use local tax confiscated funds to solve the perceived problem through more home buying assistance or public housing in the middle of these neighborhoods. Think they will apply it to Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard where the elite left live? No. That would clutter up the playground of the Obamas and their like.
