I did not kill Trayvon Martin, I am not about to wear a hoodie in his memory, and while his death was tragic and unnecessary, I will not call George Zimmerman a murderer. This sets me apart from Angela Corey, a woman whose face and demeanor looked as if she downed an entire bottle of sour grapes at the post-verdict press conference last week and who clearly had little respect for the jurys verdict. This also sets me apart from the throngs of limousine liberals who have, in their DNA, a sense of guilt for the lack of melanin in their skin.
There. I said it. White guilt. That is what has been motivating some of the marches, some of the vigils and many of the commentaries published this week in the wake of Zimmerman verdict. If its not that, Im having a very hard time trying to figure out what else could persuade an affluent, college-educated woman to get on television and say that lawyers are in the business not of finding the truth, or attaining justice for their clients but, rather, to engage in social engineering.
Really? I must have missed that class at Villanova. Here I was trying to learn about reasonable doubt, probable cause and your constitutional right to remain silent when, according to this lovely young member of the Martin familys legal team, I should have been trying to change the power structure....

No white guilt here. The racist attacks by the affercan-mercan comoonty after the verdict have scrubbed any last vestige of guilt or even compassion for blacks from me.
Not guilty. I don’t even need to post picture to prove it. :-D
This white isn’t guilty of anything.
Whatever white guilt I may have been born with was knocked out of me by experiencing real life. I suspect that only liberal bubble dwellers retain it into their elder years.
I have no guilt, my family has only been here since 1949. I’m pretty sure the AFRICAN Americans are guiltier than I could ever be!
I dug deep, and I dug hard, but, I can’t find any trace of evidence that the Sicilians or Czechs ever owned slaves. Besides, the earliest of them got here in 1893 well after slavery was over.
So much for white guilt in my clan.
I’m not so much of a racist as I’m against whining races.
It makes as much sense to have white guilt as it does for Italians to have Roman guilt for enslaving my Anglo Saxon ancestors.
Not guilt, disgust
The seminegro president has promised healing but has picked at scabs and inflicted new wounds.
The White disgust is severe at the racist administration
**guilt check**
nope. registering zer0 on the guilt-o-meter
It’s exactly why the race barons aren’t saying anything about the black o black crimes in Chicago, et al . There is no “white guilt” payoff in it. That’s as valuable to the Obama crowd as shakedown money is to Jessie Jackson.
None and the whole case is a big non-issue.
It was a local murder and that was that.
It still is regardless of the relentless flogging by the pols and media.
White guilt is deader than Marley’s Ghost.
*See Chaning and Newsome among many many other cases.
mine came here in the 1630s.
I feel guilty that I’m not guilty of being slaveowners anywhere in my tree.
As a Whitey, I feel so ...inferior
There should be no White Guilt. A black man started slavery in this country, and blacks owned slaved (white and black slaves).
White guilt is a bondage not meant for us. Some people refuse to assimilate to American culture, and they should have to pay their own way or get out.
We were not meant to support the world and all of it’s bizarre customs and cultures and lawless behavior.
We are Americans, we have been promised a heritage that was bought with blood and sacrifice- and we invest on our posterity. What does welfare buy us? Lazy tribal people.
This is not a race war, because there are people of all races who understand America.
I used to be a liberal. I understand. No, Let the socialists feel guilt, I don’t.
Simple as that. I am proud to be an American and I am not going to hide it anymore. We are not the people Obama says we are.
We are not the people “Reverends” Al and Jessie say we are. No- we are very good and decent people of all backgrounds. We have an excellent country and we are some of the least racist people in the world.
Do not accept the bondage of being labeled a racist anymore. That is a yoke not made for us. Shed it and be free.
Again, these people live in another universe. I saw the pultry rallies for St. Trayvon and it was 95% black and most people according to polls agree with the verdict. The media talks to itself.
Just why should I feel guilty?
I’m waiting for more violent riots and looting in memory of Trayvon.
The author says Saint Martins death was unnecessary.
It was necessary. And I don’t feel guilty when I say that an attempt will be made to create thousands of more Saint Martins.
No guilt here and certainly Zimmerman shouldn’t have any. He
never laid a hand on Martin. If Martin had just gone home after he talked with Rachel he would still be alive (and able to continue his life of crime. But no, he had to double back and sucker punch Zimmerman. What was Z supposed to do then?
