BOA not any better down here.they are as arrogant as anyone can imagine and just could not care less about customers, employees or much of anything.
a company that I know of that does 2-3 million per year,good for small towns,asked for change without calling it in and they refused.
the small company left boa and went down the street a few hundred yards.Unbelievable.

I took all my accounts, including business, to a local bank years ago and could not be happier. I have a real banker and all the people in the lobby know my wife and I by name. They never ask for an account number but simply look it up with no trouble. We do lots of wires and such and the ladies help our AP/AR manager with no hesitation at all.
