Prosecution’s case: GZ didn’t prove his innocence beyond a reasonable doubt

That's exactly what some idiot Obama supporter I work with said. These people are completely ignorant of the Bill of Rights. No wonder why our country is on life support.

Incidentally, earlier this week this same person was arguing that the government had the right to hack into my computer and read everything on my hard drive if I happened to have it hooked up to the internet. I proceeded to quote out loud Amendment IV of our Constitution. He told me that it wasn't applicable.

I learned that Z kept on saying “yes sir” to her unjudicial badgering on whether he wanted to testify. Maybe the resemblance to Chris Farley is so pronounced that Z couldn’t help himself but say that to her. He has to know she’s a she, but her appearance just was too much... M

ROTFL. God bless GZ.

If the verdict comes in quickly, then it will probably be a conviction. I think that if they were going to acquit, they would want it to appear that they were arguing and agonizing over it a great deal. For many, many days.

I'm with you on that. I haven't been paying attention to the Bio information on the jurors, so I'm hoping there's some good news i don't know. Last night i read that, based on behavioral cues, it looks as if at least 2 of them had already made up their minds.

To all: i found out an old friend from high school (now on facebook) lives near the courthouse. She said the locals are absolutely livid that their town and state has been invaded by people who are promoting race riots. She's also worried and scared about what may happen. Will post more if there's any significant news.

Thanks, Uncle!

Does anyone besides me think the Conservative Treehouse Day 24 intro is a little strange?

I'm not sure I understand their point. They seem to be bashing MOM and warning that he might throw the case? Whassup wif dat?

MOM has brought a slab of concrete into the court room.

MOM is a good attorney

This should be a great closing argument..as opposed to Bernie’s 1995 power point presentation that was so bad that he abruptly ended his closing argument

You know, I took Zimmerman’s “skipping” comment for a “hit skip” type of thing... not that the guy was actually skipping, but that he was sidling, slinking away... looking around and leaving the scene..

Let the circus begin. We saw the clowns yesterday. Today?

Who knows, but it will surely be entertaining!

I disagree...There is really nothing to argue about. The case actually begins when Tray approaches GZ (attested to by DD and George) and smashes GZ's nose (photos and medical report), smashes GZ's head on the walk (photos and medical report).

No one is answering George's cries for help but they are confirmed. Tray is bashing George's head confirmed by witness.

George manages to get his gun and fires blindly.

Tray sits up then tumbles to the ground. George says he is still talking, didn't know he really hit him and tries to restrain him.

How George really escaped death was by the hand of God. I have no doubt. But I can say "Thank God"

This is all about the right to bear arms and defend oneself...Self Defense!!

It was forty Seconds of Hell for George!! George was the designated hitter for you and me.
