Multiple Choice Prosecution of Zimmerman
Vanity | 7/11/2013 | Vendome

Posted on 07/11/2013 11:48:41 AM PDT by Vendome

So I tune into to the Zimmerman trial and watching the closing arguments I can't help but think this whole thing is contrived.

The prosecutor, in his closing, is presenting possibilities of theories, multiple, and asking the jury to choose from some weird buffet of the circumstances.

When you want to make your case you are specific in your accusation and theory of what exactly happened.

This is the weirdest closing I have ever seen.

When you close, in prosecuting, you claim very specifically what happened not some bland, rambling, theory.

He is presenting a variety of scenarios by inference.

There is no way the jury can come back on this and convict of the original charge.

"I don't know. You make up your mind"

"This is one possibility but, this also another possibility. We weren't there but, you decide".

"We have witnesses that place the larger person on top of the smaller person. But, we weren't there you decide".

Weird, weird, weird.

Saint Trayvon’s DC “Dad” is pulling the strings (behind the scenes) as we so convincingly learned just yesterday.

Just another example proving that the so called “justice system” in this country is a farce. I thought the OJ circus was messed up but this circus has that one beat. IMHO.

The only upside I see in this is the closing for the prosecution is happening on a Friday and the close for the defense will conclude by Tuesday at the latest.

This gives us til Thursday, Friday to plan for the civil unrest, which I hope to God doesn’t happen.

I would submit that he also spat on the sidewalk after being punched repeatedly and his adrenaline going sky high, he would have sticky spitum and want to get rid of it.

It is rather rambling with no coherent story that has a powerful impact.

I guess they are waiting for rebuttal.

He’s looking at the wall, desperately hoping to see something that didn’t fall off after he threw stuff at it.

This is a method that is taught in any sales seminar. You shift the decision from “should I buy” to “which one do I buy” by introducing another possibility to the customer.

Not by professional sales people.

When we are done with our presentation there are no other choices

I’m surprised they didn’t charge him under animal cruelty laws, avoidance of sales tax, or violating The Treaty of Tordesillas.

This gives us til Thursday, Friday to plan for the civil unrest, which I hope to God doesn’t happen.

If he's acquitted there will be riots which, like the riots of March-June 2012,will be orchestrated by Attorney Corporal Holder, personal friend and subordinate of Saint Trayvon's DC "Dad".

Vendome ~:" That’s rhetorical right?

"This is one possibility but, this also another possibility. We weren't there but, you decide".

The prosecutor just gave the defense's rebuttal, accurate enough to find "no probable cause" !!

The only effective prosecution has been by the Judge !
