PALM BEACH, Fla. – As the murder trial of George Zimmerman in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin heads toward a conclusion, radio powerhouse Rush Limbaugh says the case should never have been prosecuted.
“This is a trial that should not even be occurring,” Limbaugh declared on his national radio program Wednesday.
“This is a trial occurring because the [Obama] administration wants to promote racial division in this country. I don’t know how else to describe this. There’s no case here.”
Zimmerman, 29, is accused of second-degree murder in the February 26, 2012, death of Martin, a 17-year-old from Miami who was staying with his father in Sanford, the Central Florida town where Zimmerman lived.
Limbaugh noted that when Barack Obama was campaigning to be president and once he was elected to office, many people presumed America’s racial divide would finally be a thing of the past.
“Obama’s gonna unite us and all of this racial strife is gonna end. All of this racism and this perceived racism is gonna end,” Limbaugh said was the prevailing theme.
“And we had a bunch of white people hoping that it would show that they’re not racist, to finally prove it, wipe out the vestiges of slavery and the world was gonna love us. How’s that working out in terms of American foreign policy?”
“And we’re gonna end all this partisanship, we’re gonna be unified, we’re gonna work together toward a common goal, we’re gonna have politics like it’s never been done before, we’re actually going to accomplish things, we’re going to focus on jobs, we’re gonna get people back to work.

I read this release right before I left for work. I was SO depressed. What are we going to do with this out of control Administration? With the Commies in the WH? As I turned on the radio, Rush was just reading the release and starting to talk about it. It gave me great hope that this news would not be buried but would be made known far and wide. Let the Light shine on the Darkness.
This is a not so veiled attempt to end run CCW. If someone cannot defend yourself against a 6’2” 185lb guy mounting you and going MMA on your face and smashing your head on concrete, exactly when can I use it?

Worse, it seems that the judge might very well allow the instruction.
This is unreal, they are just absolutely hell bent on throwing this guy in jail. We live under a mobocracy...the threat of the mob determines law. It’s a freakin’ lynching sanctioned by the government.

0bunghole did exactly the opposite. Before he was president racial division in this country was little more than a fading scar, an echo of the past. 0baMao has purposefully and maliciously revived racial divisions to an unprecedented level. He seems to have done that more for his own amusement and self-glorification than for political gain to boot.
Unreal. It’s a government sanctioned lynching, that’s all it is.
Maybe Obama wants lots of riots so he can declare martial law, or some form thereof as a prelude to the real thing.
It took progressives over 100 years to gain this much control. They are not going to give up easily. Perhaps our military (those not in Obama’s pocket) can Morsi Obama.
He won’t declare martial law unless his aim is to make this country explode. He would be buried by the repercussions.
Obama has discarded the masquerade of s presidency. He is an open tyrant.
