Is that area like Bend’s during the summer (tourist) season when they seem to have multiple events every weekend? Can’t do anything during the winter here ‘cept ski, snowboard and snowshoe.
Sold our 2nd home where the MIL lived. On the market for 48hr and sold via (internet) video and photos w/o the buyers touring. Welcome to the new world of real estate sales. Met them in person today and they are a very nice couple.
