Still a few good men left in the House...

Hussein has utter contempt for the rule of law.
He is a small-time hack from the corrupt Chicago political machine.

An untrustworthy president was what our Founders feared the most.
That is why they spent so much time designing the executive branch.

Hmmm... Rep. Flemming is obviously one of the few Reps that nobama hasn’t blackmailed using the NSA, IRS, CIA, etc. I’m sure those agencies can be counted on to redouble their efforts with Rep. Flemming.

Thank you for referencing that article David Alan Coia. Please bear in mind that the following critique is directed against Rep. Fleming and not you.
I don’t get a sence of awarness of the federal government’s constitutionally limited powers from any of Rep. Fleming’s statements.
Military issues asside, note that one of the very few constitutional responsibilities that the feds have with respect to intrastate activity of any kind is the postal services evidenced by the Constitution’s Clause 7 of Section 8 of Article I. All other government services that taxpayers are willing to pay for should be managed by state governments under the 10th Amendment.

""In a tripartite government with its checks and balances, we have lost the balances." " Yeah, but plenty of checks. Taxpayer money, with way too many zeroes.
