I know a black guy who rented a condo in DC to a section 8 black. They burned it down.
My dentist’s office is in a really nice section of town. The government bought some nearby units and made them section 8. After a few incidents, everybody in the office, all women except the doc, carry concealed. When they empty the trash, one of them carries the trash and the other covers her with a gun.
Isn’t the government wonderful?
Downtown Houston has gone to lofts. Section 8 got priced out so it moved to the suburbs. The cancer is spreading. Beautiful nice new apartments become slums. Formerly nice neighborhoods become ghettos or favelas.
The cancer is spreading. There will be no revolution. There will be spreading decay, breakdown, anarchy, a die off and maybe the survivors will rebuild somehow. The cities are doomed.
This guy bought a house and then invested his money and heart in making it beautiful, in a high crime area...
