ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) - An air taxi crashed Sunday at an Alaska airport, killing all 10 people aboard, a National Transportation Safety Board investigator said.

It was at Soldotna on the Kenai peninsula.
The crash was in Soldotna. Spent a lot time there, flew in and out several times. Very very sad to hear this.
The Otter is one of the safest planes they fly up there.

Well,all but a tiny percentage of auto and truck crashes are the result of driver error.And those errors cost the lives of thousands every year.I don’t find it hard to believe with the huge number of aircraft flights that pilot error is not significant in the few planes that crash.I only castigate those pilots or drivers who deliberately fly drunk,drugged,too tired or sick to be safe.
