FWIW, getting from Nantucket to a Boston hospital on July 4 weekend is a major nightmare, and it’s that far to get to a decent hospital. I would guess that on Nantucket for a holiday weekend the most quickly available transportation would be a private jet.

No way is Kerry going to take the ferry to and from Martha's Vineyard with the hoi polloi.
